Bronze Package
The Bronze package provides structured psychological oversight focused primarily on leadership and staff teams rather than direct intervention with the child/young person.
It includes regular online consultancy sessions used for case discussion, formulation support, advice on managing behaviour and risk, and psychologically informed decision-making. Structured reflective practice sessions are also provided to strengthen emotional containment and team resilience.
This package is suited to stable services seeking consistent psychological oversight, strengthened reflective culture and defensible decision-making without direct therapeutic intervention.
Silver Package
The Silver package introduces direct clinical involvement alongside consultancy and reflective support.
It includes therapeutic input into the home, attendance at relevant professional meetings and direct one-to-one sessions with children or young people where clinically indicated. Individualised therapeutic care plans are developed and embedded within daily routines.
This package is appropriate for homes supporting young people with emerging or moderate psychological complexity who benefit from integrated clinical input shaping daily care.
Gold Package
The Gold package provides a comprehensive psychological service embedded within the setting.
It includes consultancy, reflective practice, direct therapeutic work, professional liaison and psychological assessments where clinically indicated. Assessments may address cognitive functioning, trauma-related presentation, emotional regulation or risk factors, with clear written feedback and practical recommendations.
This level is designed for services supporting children with significant psychological needs where assessment, intervention and systemic input must operate cohesively.
Platinum Package
The Platinum package delivers intensive, fully integrated psychological partnership for the most complex and high-risk presentations.
It provides sustained weekly input, flexibly allocated according to clinical need. This may include intensive direct therapy, detailed and evolving formulation, specialist assessments, close multi-agency liaison, crisis-responsive consultation and enhanced reflective practice.
At this level, the clinician functions as a core part of the team, shaping therapeutic direction, risk management and organisational culture. It is suited to homes supporting severe, unstable or highly complex presentations where sustained, high-level psychological leadership is essential.
